The Valhal Dutch Oven 12 L is made of cast iron and has feet on the bottom and the lid has a raised edge and also feet. Cast iron is a material that conducts and retains heat well, and cast iron is also suitable for any heat source.
The legs on the lid allow you to place it upside down directly on the heat source, without ‘suffocating’ the heat. You can use the lid as a skillet. Thanks to the raised edge, you can place coals on the lid and thus create an oven function inside the Dutch Oven.
The Dutch Oven 12 L has legs on the bottom and is therefore suitable for a campfire, 3-leg or with briquettes underneath.
