Wild food, nature conservation & adventure: this is Forest To Plate

It started in 2014, when Ben Brumagne made people discover the wonderful world of wild edible plants through guided walks, dinners and outdoor weekends. Thousands of people joined us, learned and went back to nature. Forest To Plate is the next step in the Farm To Table movement, that takes people back to the origins of foodproduction. We want to show people which foods nature gives us.

Through the years, Forest To Plate has become a bigger, international movement caring for our environment, planting trees and putting up an outdoor webshop to get people out there and “Start their own adventure”. Our goal is to get people outdoors, stimulate them to discover nature, teach them how to find your food and protect our environment.

Other projects we are involved at are Food Forest en #ProjectAcorn, among others.

We are located on the border of Belgium and France in our holiday home Mont Vireux (see ). Most activities are organised here, but we travel around Belgium and beyond to teach people the world of food we almost forgot.
